The Solihull Society website will be under some changes over the next few days. We are going to keep the site live while we make some significant site changes. There will be periods of times links may not work, or design elements may become broken. We are working to resolve the design issues as quickly as possible.

Plan to attend these years’ Holiday Party and General Club meeting.   Enjoy food & drink and socializing with your friends. Meet new club members as well. Buffet lunch, non-alcoholic drinks included. Cash bar.

If you would like to participate, the Colorado Association of 4WD Clubs is holding its annual Christmas Caravan for Kids Toy Drive the same day as our party. It would be very convenient to stop by the Jeffco  Fairgrounds before heading up to the party. Here is the link for the Caravan.

We are securing a guest speaker for the party, planning some activities for the shortest of members (the kids!), and will also have some awesome (Really awesome, like a tent on your roofrack awesome!) raffle prizes.

Tenative schedule: Buffet served from 12:00-2:00pm.   Meeting, elections and raffle at 1:30.  Guest  speaker at 2:30pm.  Socialize until 4:00pm.

We will be holding elections again this year for club officers. We have 3 elected positions on the executive committee that need to be filled. The President, Vice-President and Treasurer positions will be vacant. The President and Vice-President are stepping down after a 2 year term. The treasurer position was filled temporarily in 2009 and needs to be filled for 2010-2011. If you have some time and would like to help out the club, consider volunteering for one of these positions.

The 2010 Rally committee is forming soon. If you would like to help out in one of the various roles, please speak with any of the current committee members for details and to sign up.

We will be renewing memberships for 2010 at the party. Dues remain $40 for single and $50 for family memberships.
