The Solihull Society will be sponsoring a Summer Membership (et al) Meeting at the "Barn in Berthoud"... August 12th, 2023 Pot Luck Party, Photo Ops, and more...
OUR HOSTS, Jake Gray and Thayer Gray have kindly opened their barn to us. So, here's how it will work.
2:00 PM and we will have the grill lit!
Bring your own CHAIR(s)
A-M (last name) Bring a side dish
N-Z Bring a desert
The club will be sponsoring items for the grill (Burgers & Brats) (Bring your own special dietary needs)
The club will be sponsoring non-alcohol beverages
We know you have some off-road and overland gear you don't use- let's set up a SWAP MEET. Bring anything you don't use and trade it!
We will have some Club Business and an announcement or two... (Date for Holiday Party, etc...)
Let's make this a fun afternoon with new ideas, your latest and greatest and plans for 2024 club activities...
